The Challenge

Sento Bathing is a new brand selling men's bathing products in the UK. Offering pre-made boxes and the option to create your own, they required a full branding service, as well as design and development of their online store with marketing strategy and ongoing support.

The Solution

Brand development

We started by really getting to know the products, and fully understanding what Sento Bathing wanted from their branding. We took a full brief from the client and then produced some initial concepts taking inspiration from Japanese bath houses and a clean, mascline aesthetic. These were then refined and we came up with a logo, brand fonts and a colour scheme that the client loved.

Website design & development

Due to the nature of the Sento Bathing offering, they required a more complicated site design and development to enable their customers to 'pick and mix' certain product groups to build their own bathing box. In order to ensure that prospective customers understood the offering and that products weren't sold individually, we created and defined the steps required and ensured this was placed strategically around the site. Although Sento is targeted towards men, many of their customers are women buying for men, so they wanted a design that appealed to everyone, was on brand and gave a sophisticated but clean look.

Ongoing marketing strategy

As any start up will know, launching your website is just the beginning! Sento worked with the Dream Big Digital team on their marketing strategy for launch in time for Christmas, with a range of Google and Facebook ads. We also manage their ongoing marketing in terms of organic social and adverting strategy to create brand awareness and drive sales.

The Results

Sento Bathing has grown its online presence in the few months they've launched, with regular content on organic social and a growth strategy for their advertising. The next step for the brand will be tackling their logistics, as they move into a managed warehouse, and Dream Big Digital will be there to offer seamless support and ongoing marketing strategy and management.
