The Challenge
Based in Ireland, Lamber de Bie Flowers is a luxury floral business, that already had an existing online store. They wanted to create a new website and brand look that better represents their high-end floral arrangements, as well as a user experience that was enjoyable and easier to use.

The Solution
Bespoke Shopify store design and build
Lamber de Bie Flowers wanted to keep their existing logo, which we strengthened and expanded on, giving them a completely new look, with an updated brand identity with new colour scheme, photography styles, signature graphic styles and custom icons. A bespoke online store was then designed around this.
Brand Design
The key aim of the new store was to generate more bouquet sales. We simplified the structure, architecture and design of the site, to make it easy and enjoyable to navigate without distractions. With a great reputation in local areas, communication was key when it came to driving more sales nationwide for Lamber de Bie - establishing trust from potential customers was key to the whole project.
Ongoing management of Shopify store
Seasonal updates to ensure that Lamber de Bie Flowers is full of up-to-date and relevant content, in accordance with their marketing plans.

Identifying and displaying their unique selling points throughout their site at the optimal touch points.
Re-designing the product page to communicate their USP messages to increase confidence.
Building a complex delivery system, allowing customers to choose options for delivery, click & collect and stated day delivery.
Creating a basket builder/upsell feature, asking customers if they would like to add a vase or chocolates to their order.
Adding blog functionality to share inspiration and content generated by the brand.
Designing a new wedding page, highlighting the wedding floral services that Lamber de Bie also offer.
The Future
We continue to work with Lamber de Bie Flowers, managing their Shopify store to add new pages and product ranges as their eCommerce offering grows. We are also currently working with them to make further functionality improvements.
