Comfizz - Medical Support Wear
Comfizz are a Leeds based company who pride themselves on designing, producing and selling the most innovative medical support wear for people living with a stoma and other medical conditions. Their ethos is all about encouraging customers to feel confident, rather than different and Comfizz wanted a new website to bring their brand to life.
Our Solution
To start the project we had various kick off meetings with the Comfizz team to really understand what they wanted from a new Shopify site and the technicalities of their specific requirements. One of their requirements was to create a bespoke prescription ordering system that gave their customers an easy way of ordering products with an NHS prescription. As Comfizz sells their products across Europe and the USA, we ensured that customers could shop their site in multiple currencies, we also used geo-location technology to make the international shopping process even easier.
Comfizz wanted more than just a website building, and were looking for an agency to become almost an extension of their team. Dream Big Digital were more than happy to fulfil this and are now working on a marketing strategy to provide insight and expertise into growing organic social media engagement and presence alongside a more robust influencer marketing strategy. We're are also working with Comfizz to set up a Paid Social Media strategy, focusing on driving brand awareness through to on-site conversion, and managing Google advertising campaigns.
